Maintenance Manager Updates
# 1:Sites Dashboard Upgrade
The Sites Dash gives the desktop user quick access to all of the most urgent items in their workspace. The site cards show a summary of jobs, tickets, and range alerts from assets. Each row in the summary section is clickable and will lead to the row’s respective view. For example, if the user clicks on the ‘Overdue Jobs’ row, the Jobs View will load with a filtered list showing overdue site jobs.
The sites map shows a pin for each site in the workspace. The pins are color-coded to indicate the status of the site. Sites with range alerts or overdue jobs will have a red/orange pin. Clicking on a pin will open the associated site card for further investigation.
Use the Sites Dash to quickly review high-priority items
#2: Improved Range Alerts Report
The report for range alerts (found under Reports > Range Validation Report) is now more informative and intuitive. New columns added grant the user quick understanding of violated asset settings, how, and by how much. The new columns include: previous value, value (which caused the alert), setting violated, difference (amount violated by), and all the existing range settings.
#3: Faster Performance
Overall response times have increased.
#4: New Features:
- Email notifications are now sent to supervisors when a Job is Overdue.
- Within the Jobs View you now can “select all” jobs and rather than selecting only the jobs visible on the page your actively on, it will select all jobs which meets the filtering requirements.
- Maintenance Manager Sites Dash map pins will now change colors when a site have an out of range alert active
#5: Forms
Staff now have the ability to utilize multiple filters simultaneously. For example, you can now select any amount of users or sites to filter by and the type of form you'd like to see all at the same time for a very specific search. Our filters include: Date, User, Form Type, Site Type, and Site.
- UI defect related to multiple signatures on printed forms
